Refund policy

At Elitape, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. RETURN WINDOW  
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

2. ELIGIBILITY  
To qualify for a return:
- item must be unused  
- in original condition  
- in original packaging  
- proof of purchase required

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. RETURN SHIPPING  
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. REFUNDS  
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS  
Report within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund.
